Located in the heart of the quirky, vibrant goodness that is downtown Las Vegas, Fremont9 was designed by HPLA to provide hip amenities to compliment the trending neighborhood. The vibrant and active courtyard is the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. The resort pool is focused on a long accent wall that terminates on a water feature scupper throwing water nearly 8’ high. Included in the pool is an intimate spa with adjacent fireplace inches from the pool. Multiple runs of string lights were placed about the outdoor seating area and outdoor kitchen/bar to create a cozy space that can be take advantage of day or night. An open recreation space including artificial turf for games and a bocce ball court is included into the layout which adds the perfect amount of fun for all the residents to gather.
