Chroma STL

Chroma is set in Saint Louis’ most innovative and creative district, The Grove. The project was designed with many dynamic amenities including a contemporary resort-style pool with sun shelf lounging, overhead water features, outdoor kitchen/bar, firepit and multiple intimate seating areas. A secondary contemplative courtyard is located within the center of the buildings with a yoga garden and hammock retreat to relax and unwind. Hpla led the design of the adjacent neighborhood park which acts as an extension of Chroma into the community. The park consists of shade tree covered gathering spaces, open recreation turf areas and a central food truck plaza that allows the Grove community to gather and socialize amongst the lush planting and public art.
