3020 Hillsborough

Coming soon to Raleigh students & residents, 3020 Hillsborough will provide an urban streetscape and retail experience, and house a multitude of amenity spaces that define convenient & comfortable living. A contemporary pool and spa are situated at the ground level courtyard, greeting the user as they enter the courtyard from the clubhouse. A large lawn area sprawls along the north end of the pool, showcasing modern cabanas, pool lounge chairs, and shaded hammock seating. Tucked away below a grouping of preserved heritage gum trees is an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area that can accommodate pool users even on the warmest of summer days. Overlooking the pool amenity space is a second level fitness deck. A large, central multi-use lawn serves as an extension of the adjacent fitness room. Adjacent to the lawn is a regulation size half basketball court, rounding out this active amenity space. Within the building, various other courtyards serve as a reprieve from the activity in the surrounding pool & fitness space and retail intensive streetscape. These courtyards will provide spaces for residents to quietly lounge, socialize, or study.
