Bay Club Apartments

A short walk from the Pacific Ocean, Bay Club Apartments will blend contemporary, luxury living with the natural sand dune landscape and plant palette of the Big Sur region. Residents and visitors are greeted at the entry drive by a grand staircase leading up to the pool amenity space. Carefully designed planting and changes in elevation create a space to be revealed as the user ventures further into the amenity space. The modern swimming pool and spa sit along a sight line directly with the ocean to the northwest. Swimmers can lounge on tanning shelves, in private cabanas, or sit at the linear fire trough and see directly through the storefront glass at the clubroom to the Pacific. A large outdoor kitchen, situated at the back of the pool, is screened by sleek wood slat fencing and accommodated by large community tables, café seating, and a comfortable entertainment center. A more intimate courtyard to the south provides residents relaxation within a linear take on a beach dune rain garden.
