Mattison Estates

Mattison Estates seeks to bring the eloquent simplicity and design excellence of high-end landscape architecture to senior housing. Hpla designed the three vast podium deck courtyard spaces to provide residents activities and areas to gather throughout the year. Careful consideration has been taken to ensure a special and unique experience for the user when interacting within the spaces, or viewing them from the units above. A balance between play and relaxation forms the amenities within the project, providing versatility in the outdoor spaces to suit both active and passive lifestyles alike. Amenities include outdoor kitchen/bar, community garden, pickleball courts and fireplace gathering areas. Two additional levels of Memory care gardens were designed and incorporated with amenities that will help stimulate those tenants in need of more advanced care.
