With its expansive amenity deck overlooking downtown Denton, Park Place will provide University of North Texas students with a wide variety of amenities to accommodate their lifestyle. A contemporary swimming pool invites residents to lounge on tanning shelves, swim & socialize with friends, or relax in the hammocks, day beds, and various other seating areas are integrated throughout the podium deck. Two additional courtyards are provided with one having a more intimate feel providing reprieve and facilitate an environment for study, relaxation, and rejuvenation while the other courtyard is for recreation and includes a regulation basketball court.
