Park Place Waco

A true definition of luxury living Park Place was designed with numerous amenities to engage students while attending Baylor University. The project is centered around the main courtyard which included a resort style lap pool complete with water volleyball, basketball and multiple water features, sun shelf lounging and spa. The courtyard space also features an outdoor kitchen/bar complete with TV’s and couch seating areas. Within the residential building are two smaller more intimate courtyards that include a putting green, bocce ball, hammock cabanas with outdoor TVs.
